This week is transition week, where all the children in the school look forward to the classes they will be joining in September. The lovely children in Year 6 will be moving on to new schools and we wish them well in their new lives away from Bressingham Primary - please come back and see us and let us know how you're getting on! We will miss you very much 😢 but know that you have wonderful opportunities and happy times ahead 😀 This is our final week of home learning and, as usual there is Guided Reading and spellings to work on. Writing this week focused on personal profiles, where everyone wrote about themselves and their aspirations. These profiles will be shared with your new teachers and this was your opportunity to let them know something about you and what you're looking forward to doing next year. Art involved designing a stone, based on 'Only one You', a book which you can listen to on the Bressingham YouTube channel. These will be used in school next term.
There has been lots of wonderful learning happening again this week in Year 1. Baking, lovely walks in the countryside, learning to ride a bike the list is endless! Well done everybody! Maths It was great to see the response to the Easter eggs video. I am glad you enjoyed it. Below are a couple of examples of the work completed, as well as some other super maths. Literacy Well done for writing those imaginative replies to why you didn't complete your home learning! It has also been wonderful to read all the other super writing that you have been doing.
